Ring winding machine, also known as magnetic ring winding machine, is simply used to produce winding machines for winding ring inductors.

At present, the different winding methods can be roughly divided into three categories.

A, semi-automatic ring winding machine

B, simple traction ring winding machine, also known as crochet winding machine

C. Full-automatic miniature magnetic ring winding machine

Semi-automatic ring winding machine consists of three parts: head, clamp and stand. The so-called head is the winding group, the clamp is the part that clamps the magnetic ring, and the stand is the electric control part. According to the thickness of the wire diameter, it can be divided into gear type, belt type, edge sliding type and round belt type. They all correspond to a certain line diameter range. The gear type is suitable for line diameter range (1.0 mm-3.0 mm), the belt type (0.25 mm-1.0 mm) and the side sliding type (0.06 mm-1.0 mm), but it is impossible to complete it on one machine. Generally, the round belt type is only for products with thin line diameter (0.05 mm-0.15). The same die can only be used for winding products with different wire diameters and different inner diameters after replacing the wire storage rings with different specifications, and the fixture also has corresponding clamping range. Generally, one person can operate one machine. Of course, if the number of coils is very large, that person can operate multiple machines. In principle, the wire storage rings pass through the inner hole of the magnetic ring, so when the inner hole of the magnetic ring is very small, even larger than the width of the wire storage ring, it is impossible to complete such products on this kind of machine. There is also a kind of common mode choke. There are certain rules and requirements for the arrangement of wire diameters in common mode choke, and it is difficult to achieve a slightly thicker wire diameter (0.3mm or more) on this machine.

General semi-automatic ring winding machine has the following consumable parts that need to be replaced frequently:

(1) the wire storage ring, also called the Shuttle, is one of the most important parts on the machine head, which is used to complete the work of wire storage and winding; Its quality directly affects the service life, indirect cost and the quality of winding products.

(2) Support wheels, also called guide wheels, have different numbers for different heads, and their materials are directly related to their service life.

(3) Fixture roller, the life of this part is related to the wire diameter, size and material of the wound product.

(4) belts, edge skates and other consumable parts.

After the ring winding machine is purchased, it is necessary to replace different storage rings and support wheels according to the different wire diameters and sizes of the products produced. Because the copper wire always slips out from one side of the storage ring, the stress on the storage ring is uneven, and it is necessary to replace the storage rings and support wheels after a certain period of time to continue production!

Traction crochet winding machine, this kind of winding machine does not greatly or obviously improve the efficiency, mainly by the cooperation of fixture roller and cylinder, mainly for products with large wire diameter, in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, generally for products with fewer turns, it is necessary to cut and wind the wire with a proper length first.

Full-automatic micro magnetic ring winding machine is composed of vibrating disk, wire feeding group, transmission group, clamping seat and material taking group. As the name implies, it is fully automatic in production, that is, feeding, winding and discharging of the magnetic ring can be fully realized without manual operation. This winding machine is mainly aimed at micro magnetic rings, and the biggest difference between the external diameter (below 10mm) and the wire diameter (0.05 mm-0.25 mm) of hand-wound products.
